In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account with 777rp, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777rp does not permit access to real-money gambling services by persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots may not register accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777rp or any affiliated operator.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777rp is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 777rp or its technology and software partners, where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest in relation to betting outcomes.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 777rp account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a contact mobile number. You must keep this information up to date for the duration of your membership.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account with 777rp at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. 777rp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including any bonus funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 777rp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 777rp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

777rp may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal, or at any time at our discretion for risk management purposes. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of residential address (e.g., bank statement issued within 90 days), and, where required, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3.5 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 777rp reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any available balance, and to close dormant accounts with a zero balance after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777rp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 777rp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning payments originating from an account not registered to you — are not permitted and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, or to a verified account in your own name where a return to the original method is not available. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. 777rp aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section; actual settlement times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule. 777rp is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

4.4 Transaction Fees

777rp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside 777rp's control. IDR transactions are not subject to currency conversion charges.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 777rp are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time each offer is communicated. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and time limit are specified for each individual promotion. Members should read promotional terms carefully before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777rp actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer from multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus (known as "bonus hedging" or "matched betting" using the same funds), providing false information to qualify for an offer, and using automated software to exploit bonus conditions. Any Member found to have abused the bonus system will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

777rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a Member under the prior terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed through the 777rp platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports, and fish shooting. These product-specific rules are available within each game lobby or betting interface. 777rp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced where live data has not been updated, bets placed on markets with obvious pricing errors, and bets that 777rp has reasonable grounds to believe are part of a coordinated or irregular betting pattern.

6.2 Sportsbook Specific Rules

For sportsbook betting — including markets on EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches, and esports events — bets are confirmed at the time of placement and the odds displayed at that moment. Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event without notice. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; any void selection will reduce the parlay to the remaining legs.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All live casino games are operated in real time by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming. All RNG-based slot and table games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final once a round has concluded. Technical malfunctions during a game round will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; in the event of a confirmed platform-side malfunction, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. 777rp reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. Players who consistently exhibit unusual betting patterns may have their stake limits reviewed without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777rp platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using false personal information during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in any manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such exploit discovered by a Member must be reported to 777rp support immediately rather than acted upon.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the 777rp platform. 777rp is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any product where player-versus-player interaction exists.
• Placing bets using inside information, including non-public match-fixing arrangements in any sport or esports event.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 777rp accounts. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Using third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals. All financial transactions must originate from or be directed to accounts registered in the Member's own verified name.

All content on the 777rp platform — including the 777rp brand name, logo, graphical assets, website design, software interface, game names, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777rp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777rp intellectual property without express prior written permission.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe), and associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear on the 777rp platform under licence.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with 777rp's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data.

Key data handling principles at 777rp include: data collected for the minimum necessary purposes; no sale of personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; retention of account data for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations; and your right to request access to or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rp's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the cause of action or the form of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777rp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from platform use or technical failure.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet outages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond 777rp's reasonable control.
• Any delay, failure, or error by a third-party payment provider (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) in processing a transaction.
• Any consequence arising from your provision of inaccurate account or payment information.

11.1 By 777rp

777rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; suspected fraud or collusion; suspected match-fixing or use of inside information; and engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 7. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited; any genuine deposits that remain after deduction of losses will generally be returned to the original payment source, subject to the completion of KYC and the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

11.2 By the Member

You may close your 777rp account at any time by submitting a closure request to our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled (bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the time of closure). Genuine wallet balances will be returned to your verified payment account.

11.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Members who close their account under the self-exclusion provisions of 777rp's Responsible Gaming policy are subject to the specific terms set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy, including cooling-off periods and re-registration restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777rp holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 777rp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 777rp's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

777rp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the 777rp platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory authority, or to address a security threat.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the 777rp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
